The University Annual Sports Day 2024
On the 7th June 2024, University of Nairobi, Kisumu Campus has the privilege to host the UNESCO 03Plus Team led by Madam Jane Kamau.
The 03Plus programme has been working with us to implement various projects touching on sexual and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS and mental health.
They have developed the RADA App and are now sensitizing students how to use it for anonymous counselling purposes.
They have also developed a life skills curriculum, which they hope will create a positive impact in the lives of young people once launched.

On 5th February 2024, in actualizing the mission statement of the University of Nairobi, which is to provide quality university education and training and to embody the aspirations of the Kenyan people and the global community through creation, preservation, integration, transmission and utilization of knowledge, the office of the Associate Dean, Kisumu Campus was honoured when a team from University of Eastern Africa, Baraton paid a courtesy call and also benchmarked with the Faculty of Law, Kisumu Campus in preparation to rolling out a progrm
The university of Nairobi Kisumu Campus took part in the annual sports day 2023 at UoN Main Campus. The disciplines that we took part in were football (boys), netball(girls), darts, basketball(boys). Our teams performed exemplarily well with our netball girls emerging as runners up out of 13 campuses. The basketball team in their second appearance were also runners up in their category. The darts team managed 2nd position too while the boys team came fourth across the board.
